Amy BRADDOCK married Charles Thomas ALLEN on30 September 1895 at St Michael and All Angels, Ashton-under-Lyne. She was a 24 year old spinster living on Scotland Street, Ashton. Her father, George BRADDOCK, was deceased, but had been an innkeeper.

Thomas was a 24 year old bachelor living on Queen Street in Ashton. It was difficult to make out his occupation, but his father, Mark ALLEN was also an innkeeper. One of the witnesses was Amy's sister, Betty BRADDOCK.
