Death of Peter Chatterton
Peter Chatterton died on Sunday, 5 September 1841, at Portland Street, Ashton. He was 38 years old and was a cotton spinner. The cause of death was typhus, not certified. The informant was Peter's widow, Ann Chatterton (X her mark), who had been present at the death at the same address.
