Marriage of Robert Cooke and Margaret Chatterton
Robert and Margaret married on Sunday, 19 July 1857, at Christ Church, Heaton Norris. Robert was of full age and lived within the parish. He was a spinner and his father, Joseph, was a shoemaker. Margaret was also of full age and living in the parish. She gave no occupation and her father, Peter, was a spinner. Neither could sign their name. The witnesses were Buckeley Sidebpttom and Samuel Fenner.
