Marriage of George Crabtree and Margaret Taylor (née Corner)
George and Margaret married on Sunday, 15 February 1857, at St Paul's Church, Stalybridge. George was a bachelor of full age and lived in Staley. He was a carter, as was his father, James. Margaret was a widow of full age and also lived in Staley. She was a weaver and her father, Henry Corner, was an engineer. The witnesses were Henry and Mary Stowell. |
