Marriage of Lucy Bradley and Arthur Mellor
Lucy and Arthur married on Saturday, 27 November 1915, at St Michael and All Angels, Mottram. Lucy was a 23 year old spinster and lived at 12 lawrence Glen, Hyde Road, Mottram. She was a weaver and her father, William Henry, was an engine driver. Arthur was a 27 year old bachelor and lived at 10 Moss Lane, Broadbottom. He was a warehouse man and his father, James William, was deceased, but had been a cashier. The witnesses were John Goddard and Arnold Mellor.
