Death of Margaret Howarth
Margaret Howarth died on 18 August 1879 at Newton Street, Hyde. She was aged 78 years and was the widow of Samuel Howarth a heald sizer. The cause of death was apoplexy 24 hours certified by T C Leah, Surgeon. The informant was Robert Howarth of James Street, Hyde, son of the deceased, who was present at the death which was registered on 20 August 1879.
