Marriage of Ernest PRESTWICH and Emily HURST

Ernest PRESTWICH married Emily HURST on 5 September 1903 at St Michael and All Angels, Ashton-under-Lyne. He was a 22 year old bachelor living at 17 Abingdon Street, Ashton. He worked as a piecer, while his father, Arthur Worsley PRESTWICH, was a grinder.

Emily was a 19 year old spinster living at 35 Wellington Street in Ashton. Her father, Joseph HURST, was a labourer. The witnesses were John William ETCHELLS and Ernest's sister, Mary Elizabeth PRESTWICH.
