Mrs J Rhodes
The death occurred at home on March 21 of Mrs
Jean Rhodes, aged 57, of 15 Elm Tree Drive, Dukinfield.
She was born in Ashton but lived in Dukinfield for most
of her life. She was a member of St Mark's Church for over
30 years and was active in the Mothers' Union.
Mrs Rhodes was a life member of the Northern Alsatian Training
Society, of which her husband Jerry is president. She leaves
her husband, son Ian, married
daughters Lindsay and Deborah, grand-daughter Roxanne, her
mother Mrs Deborah Binnie,
and brother Mr Jim Binnie.
Service was held on March 27 at St Mark's Church, Dukinfield,
when friends from the Mothers' Union lined the church path
as the procession left for committal at Dukinfield Crematorium.
The Rev E W D Thomas officiated.
