Marriage of Alice Stanley and Eric Glyn Davies
Alice and Eric married on Tuesday, 4 July 1911, at Christ Church, Ashton. Alice was a 26 year old spinster and lived at 75 Oldham Road, Ashton. She gave no occupation and her father, Thomas, was deceased, but had been a furniture dealer. Eric was a 24 year old bachelor and lived at 2 Newman Street, Ashton. He worked as a chemist's assistant and his father, John, was a coachman. The witnesses were E W Andrew and A Stanley.
