Marriage of Jesse Walker and Emily Cooke

Jesse WALKER and Emily COOKE married on Tuesday, 25 September 1883 at All Saints Church, Marple Cheshire. He was a bachelor and she a spinster and both were of 'full age' and were residing in the parish. Jesse gave his occupation as 'cashier' and his father Robert was deceased. Emily was the daughter of Robert COOKE, a spinner. Both were able to write and the witnesses were Alfred WILDGOOSE and Alice WALKER. The vicar was Reginald ADAMS.
