The Will of Jesse Walker
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Jesse Walker, of the Cemetery Lodge, Hyde, in the County of Chester, Cemetery Register and Manager. I give all my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife, Emily Walker and appoint her the sole executor of this my Will.

I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Signed by the said Jesse Walker the Testator and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses — R E Wilson, Clerk with H Bostock Solicitor, Hyde — J W Robey, Surgeon, Standish House, Hyde.

On the 13th June 1927, Probate of this Will was granted at Chester.
