Marriage of Samuel Walker and Marion Hague
Samuel and Marion married on Saturday, 27 November 1880, at Christ Church, Ashton. Samuel was a 20 year old bachelor and lived at 25 Turner Lane, Ashton, He was a bobbin carroer and his father, Jonathan, was a coal miner. Marion was a 20 year old spinster and also lived at 25 Yurner Lane. She gave no occupation and her father, Jonathan, was deceased, but had been a cotton spinner. The witnesses were Joseph Orlando Wild and Elizabeth Hannah Stanley.
